Ordering starts with one email.
Choose your drinkware and email us your product code, preferred colour, quantity, branding requirements, required date and delivery postcode. Attach your logo if it is ready. If you are choosing between several products, include the codes and we can discuss the options with you.
Your personal quotation
We quote for your specific order because quantities, colours, print positions, decoration methods and delivery requirements all affect the final specification. Your quotation confirms the product, quantity, branding, artwork requirements, VAT and delivery charges where applicable.
No payment is taken through this website. All orders are arranged by email with Chester Mug Printing, a trading name of Sandycroft Workwear Ltd.
Minimum order quantities
Our standard minimum order is 36 items. Each product page clearly shows the applicable minimum. Some fully customised ranges require 50, 100 or 1,000 items; those higher minimums are shown on the relevant pages.
Fully customised products, including made-to-order colours and configurations, may have different minimums. Where a verified quantity is not available, we ask you to enquire so we can confirm it accurately. A carton quantity is a packing quantity and should not be assumed to be the minimum order.
Artwork approval
We prepare your artwork and send a formal proof confirming your agreed print size and placement before production. Please check the artwork carefully and confirm your approval by email. We will explain any additional artwork work and agree any associated charge before undertaking it.
Choose your way to pay
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and bank transfer. Payment instructions are provided with your invoice or order correspondence. Please use the invoice reference when making a bank transfer so we can match your payment to your order.
Full payment is required before your order commences. Production is arranged after payment has been received and the artwork has been approved. Do not send card numbers, security codes or banking passwords by email; use the payment instructions provided.
Collection and local delivery
Enquiries are online by email only. Collection from our Sandycroft premises is available by prior arrangement. Please wait for us to confirm that your order is ready and agree a collection time before travelling.
Local delivery is available for a small fee, confirmed with your quotation. Send your postcode so we can confirm availability and timing. Find our collection location on Google Maps.
Production and delivery
Tell us about your deadline at the first enquiry. We confirm the expected production and delivery arrangements for your chosen product and branding. Availability and delivery dates are checked when the order is agreed; browsing a product page does not reserve stock.
Orders may be dispatched directly from our production or fulfilment partner. Chester Mug Printing remains your contact for the quotation, artwork and order. Delivery options and any charges are confirmed in writing.
Changes, repeat orders and order queries
If you need to change an order, contact us immediately. We will check its progress and explain whether the change is possible, including any effect on cost or timing, before proceeding. For a repeat order, send the previous invoice or product reference so we can confirm the current specification and availability.
If anything is wrong with your delivery, email your order reference and clear photographs so we can investigate and explain the next steps. Any order-specific terms will be supplied with your quotation or order confirmation.
